Fusion MenuPreferencesSystemLightDarkOnOffHeadlessStyledThesisIntelligence belongs in the foundation. Most software adds AI as a panel on the side that you can ask questions. The
panel knows nothing the rest of the system knows, and the system learns nothing
from the panel.
We put the intelligence in the foundation:
a design system that can tell a model what it contains
tooling that checks the work and reports what it found
services from the people who built both
An intelligent design system
Helix computes its palette from one brand color, so contrast is part
of how the colors are made. Helix rejects a palette that misses its own
contrast targets. It publishes a custom elements manifest and a token file at
their own URLs, so a model reads the complete description of every component
from the source.
That is what intelligent means here: a system a model can read correctly, and
one that does not return a broken result the model has no way to detect.
Intelligent tooling
Our tools check the work and report numbers. helix component audits the
library rule by rule and returns a count for each rule. fusion x prose, fusion x spec, and fusion x workspace do the same for the writing, the specs, and the
packages. The MCP server is a subcommand of the same binary, and it talks over
stdio to the client you choose.
AI makes generating code cheap, so checking the code is now the expensive part.
We build the tools that check it.
Intelligent services
Fusion Studio is our services team. We deliver interface
and AI work into your repository under your license, in three offers. We take on
work that also improves Helix or Cortex, so each engagement adds to the
foundation.
What holds the three together
Cortex is the memory layer under all three. It records what a system
knows, where it learned it, and how far to trust it:
Engram holds the memory.
Trace holds the provenance.
Recall assembles the context.
The design system, the tooling, and the memory layer share one property: each
can account for itself. Helix can say what it contains, the tooling can say what
it checked, and Cortex can say where a fact came from. That mattered less when a
person wrote every line of code. It matters now that most lines are generated.
Where the work stands
Helix is Active. Its packages are published, and you can use it today.
Cortex is Building. Work on Engram and Trace is underway, and Recall is
planned.
Fusion Studio is Active, and you can hire us today.
We report each stage as it is.
